• Account information: username, email address, and encrypted password credentials;
• Exchange connection information: API keys and key passphrases that you submit — stored in encrypted form;
• Trading and configuration data: the trading bots, strategy parameters and webhook addresses you configure, and trading logs and execution records;
• Technical information: IP address, device and browser type, access times and operation logs (for security, risk control and troubleshooting);
• Cookies and similar technologies: used to keep you signed in and to remember language preferences;
• Analytics information: we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand site usage (traffic, pages, approximate region). GA behavioral data is not linked to your trading data.

We do not collect your exchange account password, and we do not need withdrawal permission. Please never provide such information to us through any channel.

• for support and communications (replying to your inquiries, sending service notices such as verification codes and subscription reminders);

The marketing email subscription is checked by default at registration; we use it to send product updates and offers. You can uncheck it when signing up, and you can unsubscribe at any time afterwards via the unsubscribe method in the email or by contacting support.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following circumstances:

• with third parties necessary to run the Service: exchanges (necessary to place your order instructions), payment providers (to process subscription payments), email providers (to send verification codes and notices) and cloud providers (data hosting);
• when required by law, or pursuant to lawful process by judicial or regulatory authorities;
• when necessary to protect the rights, property and safety of the Platform, our users or the public;
• in a merger, acquisition or asset transfer, your information may be transferred as part of the assets; we will require the successor to remain bound by this Policy.

• we apply industry-standard measures to protect it: encryption in transit (HTTPS) across the site, encrypted storage for API keys and other sensitive credentials, and access controls;
• please note that no transmission or storage over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Please safeguard your account password and API keys. We recommend granting only “read” and “trade” permissions, never “withdrawal” permission.

We use necessary cookies (to keep your session signed in and remember language preferences) and analytics tools (Google Analytics). You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings, but disabling necessary cookies may prevent some features from working.

• Access and correction: you can view and update your account information in Account Settings;
• Deletion: you can request account deletion through the contact details at the bottom of this page; after verifying your identity we will delete or anonymize your personal information (except where retention is required by law);
• Unsubscribe: you can opt out of marketing emails at any time;

We retain your information during your use of the Service and for a reasonable period afterwards, to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. After that, we will delete or anonymize the information.

The Service is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it as soon as possible.

We may update this Policy from time to time; the updated version takes effect when published on this page. For material changes we will post a prominent notice on the site. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
